Hans Andreasson

Hans Andreasson

MSc, MPhil, MBA INSEAD.

Hans has 35 years’ operational and investment experience from the life science industry. The most recent role was Investment Director at the Sixth Swedish National Pension Fund. Other previous positions include tenure as management consultant at ADL, various senior management positions at Pharmacia & Upjohn and partner at Scandinavian Life Science Venture. Hans has broad international work and board experience of building companies in a changing environment.

Bengt Dahlström

Associate Professor – Honorary Chairman of the Board

Bengt Dahlström is Associate Professor in Pharmacokinetics and Drug Therapy from Uppsala University, Sweden and has published over 50 scientific papers in this area. He is an expert in pharmacokinetics, drug research and development with over 40 years’ experience from leading positions in Pharmaceutical companies and CROs. He is co-founder of 3 leading Clinical Research Organizations: CTC AB, PMC AB and MiniDoc AB.

Iris Rajman

Iris Rajman

MD, PhD, University of Birmingham, UK

Iris is a physician and international executive with decades of experience in global pharmaceutical leadership, biotech innovation, translational medicine and academic research. She has held senior leadership roles at Novartis, Eli Lilly and Pfizer, where she led complex, multinational organisations and delivered lasting cultural and operational transformation. Her leadership track record includes heading global organisations of 400–600 people, steering major restructuring programmes and shaping innovative cross industry partnerships, including the Africa GRADIENT project.
With direct exposure though living and working in Japan, China, the US and Europe, she brings deep insight into market specific dynamics and has consistently helped organisations to identify growth opportunities, navigate regulatory and cultural complexity and accelerate scientific and commercial impact.

Director Research and Development; the Swedish Intensive Care registry (2009 – 2013). Deputy Vice Chancellor Linköping University (2015-2018). President of the World Burn Organization (International Society for Burn Injuries ISBI). Previous member of the” Burn Center Verification Committee” American Burns Association.
Supervised > 40 PhD students. Primary investigator > 300 clinical trials, ranging from phase I-IV.
Author/co-author of more than 350 original peer reviewed scientific papers, including book chapters and books.
He is co-founder of CTC AB.

Katarina has over 25 years of experience from senior executive positions within healthcare, care and education – among others Apoteket AB, Carema AB, Atvexa AB.

Peter Weiderman

Peter Weiderman

Peter Weiderman is an entrepreneur and investor with a business degree from Uppsala University. He has over 30 years of experience from investing and executive positions. 2005 he founded the investment company Atnotera AB, investing in healthcare, care and education. Cofounder of among others; Ambea, Atvexa, Atleva Specialistvård, Vårdapoteket and Atviva.

Karin Meyer

Karin Meyer

PhD, Uppsala University

Karin is Chief Executive Officer of Center for Translational Research AB since 2021. She has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/life sciences area, holding executive roles in private and public/non-profit organizations. She has extensive experience in Contract Research Organisations (CROs), including as CEO for PCG Clinical Services AB/PCG Solutions AB and vice president and managing director for Quintiles Scandinavia AB. She is also the former Deputy General Director of Uppsala University Innovations and CEO for Swedish Pharmaceutical Society.
